1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, accessing, or using Upvuez, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Who Can Use Upvuez

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use Upvuez.
  • By creating an account, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Accounts & Security

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details.
  • Notify us immediately of unauthorized use of your account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violating these Terms.

4. For Students

  • Students can access subject/topic-based educational content.
  • AI-powered features (notes, summaries, recommendations, progress tracking) are intended for personal learning only.
  • Content may not be redistributed, copied, or resold.

5. For Creators

  • Creators can upload and share educational content.
  • You retain ownership of your content but grant Upvuez a license to host, distribute, and promote it on the platform.
  • Creators earn through ad revenue and other monetization features as per the payout model.
  • Prohibited content includes plagiarism, copyrighted material without permission, offensive or harmful content.

6. Payments & Monetization

  • Creators start earning from day one through our CPM-based model.
  • Payouts are made monthly, subject to reaching minimum thresholds.
  • Upvuez reserves the right to adjust payment models, CPM rates, or methods at any time.

7. Refunds & Payments

  • All payments for premium subscriptions are non-refundable, except as required by law.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
  • We may change subscription fees at any time with prior notice.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Misuse the platform (e.g., spamming, hacking, exploiting).
  • Upload harmful, illegal, or non-educational content.
  • Violate intellectual property rights of others.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All trademarks, logos, and platform features belong to Upvuez.
  • Unauthorized use is prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • Upvuez is not liable for any damages resulting from use of the platform.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

11. Termination

  • You may delete your account at any time.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms without notice.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the jurisdiction in which Upvuez operates.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform means you accept the revised Terms.
